There are three MWFA clubs set for Australia Cup action on Tuesday.
Narrabeen will make the long trip to the St George region after a very successful outing in Round 2. Their 6-1 victory over Kellyville United set up this meeting with Bexley North, who won in Round 2 after extra time against Mascot Kings.
Meanwhile, Melwood Oval will host two games on Tuesday night. The earlier of the two matches sees Pittwater RSL host Central Coast side Terrigal United. Both of these teams won by six goals in the previous round – Pittwater beat Blue Mountains FC 6-0 and Terrigal United were 7-1 winners over North Ryde.
The later kick-off at Melwood involves two clubs who are playing their first Australia Cup game for 2023. Forest Killarney face a stern test in Bankstown United, who currently sit sixth on the Football NSW League Two Men’s ladder.
We wish the best of luck to all the MWFA clubs participating in this year’s Australia Cup.
