NARRABEEN skipper Mark Femia has been impressed by Wakehurst’s start to the season – but still feels they will come up short this weekend at Narrabeen Sports High.
The league leaders were scratchy in their 1-0 win over Dee Why last Saturday, and will look to tame the Tigers on familiar surroundings at home.
“Good luck to them, they (Wakehurst) have obviously been playing well, picking up points every week,” Femia said.
“We respect them, they are unbeaten, but we will look to make a statement this weekend.
“We should be at full strength which is timely.”
